Dress comfortably. The Salt Cave is kept at a cozy 71–72°F. If you tend to get chilly, feel free to bring a sweater or hoodie—blankets are also available for your comfort.

To maintain the purity of the salt environment, shoes are not allowed inside the cave. Please bring socks with you. If you forget, just ask—we’re happy to provide a pair.

Once inside, you’ll relax in a zero-gravity recliner and unwind to calming meditation music and soft ocean waves for 50 minutes.

If you have skin concerns, we recommend leaving your arms uncovered so the salt can offer its natural benefits.

To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone, we ask that you remain silent when sharing the cave with guests outside your party. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

If you've reserved the cave for a private group, feel free to enjoy conversation during your session.

However, for shared sessions, we kindly ask that you refrain from talking. Many guests use this time to manage stress, high blood pressure, and other health conditions—and a quiet environment helps them fully relax and meditate.

Arriving early gives you time to check in, use the restroom, remove your shoes, and secure your belongings in a locker—all before your session begins. If one guest is late, it delays the entire schedule for the day.

For this reason, there is absolutely NO LATE ENTRY into the Salt Cave.

For example, if your session is scheduled for 1:00 PM, we recommend arriving no later than 12:50 PM.

Arrivals at or after the scheduled start time (1:00 PM in this case) may need to be rescheduled.

Shoes are not permitted inside the Salt Cave. Most guests choose to wear socks during their session. If you forget yours, no worries—we’re happy to provide a complimentary pair.

For guests who require shoes for balance or stability, shoe covers are available upon request.

We also offer free keyed lockers so you can securely store your shoes and any personal items during your visit to the Salt Cave or Foot Soak Room.
